About Us

"Jeff has created a revolutionary business and values consulting firm offering courses  for the evolution of business leaders who discover their own inner  resources, applying their new insights to the daily challenges of their professional  lives with new effectiveness, creativity and power.
His intuition and insight in assessing the needs, talents and potential of others is uncannily accurate and his uncommon business acumen and a fascination with the challenges of contemporary corporate life is just part of the foundation that Jeff utilizes to teach by example the essentials of balanced leadership.  Whether a corporation is forming or reinventing an image of itself, or business or societal leaders are seeking something more in their lives, Jeff has much to offer in helping to shape that process."

                 Golden Apple, Inc.

A noted author, teacher and business leader and Executive Coach,  Jeff Patnaude is a pioneer in bringing together the worlds of work and spirit.  A creative and dynamic presence evoking personal and organizational transformation, Patnaude uses his spiritual training as an Episcopal priest as a springboard for the revolutionary, yet fundamental principles that he offers through innovative corporate communication, management and leadership programs.

Patnaude's work and professional dedication center on the most pressing issues facing our culture today - life issues: balancing work relationships and self-care and the need for great and authentic leadership.  His ability to empower and inspire are demonstrated by the driving principle of "serving leadership through inner management.  Based on his creation of The Practices of Inner Management"  Patnaude guides leaders from the  "inside out."  His book  "Leading from the Maze:  A Personal Pathway to Leadership,"  models his belief that  "...authentic leaders do not set out to lead others, but to lead an authentic, vital life, expressing their own lives fully."  He clearly describes a process of self-discovery and  "Inner Management" skills needed for executives and entrepreneurs who seek to enhance their behavior for more effective leadership in their business and personal lives.

Patnaude also authored the book
"Living Simultaneously:Balancing Self-Care, Personal Relationships and Work," which explores the critical process of self-discovery and encourages the creation of a more meaningful and satisfying life fully expressed.  Our society has a hunger for life balance.  Patnaude uncovers the true flow of life's events and weaves them into the tapestry of what our lives truly are:  a combination of our care for others and ourselves, relationships, and the work we do.

Patnaude's commitment to inspiring serving leadership in all aspects of our society led him to form The Wingspan Foundation, a non-profit leadership program benefiting disadvantaged youth.    In addition to writing and producing three stage musicals, Patnaude has authored seven children's books.

His anecdotes are also found in Chicken Soup for the Soul and Work:101 Stories of Courage, Compassion and Creativity in the Workplace.
