Advanced Coaching
After completing the Executive Coaching Program for Developing the Transformational Leader, participants may continue the whole life process by learning and practicing the power of Mentorship. Based on Jeff Patnaude's new book, Mystic, Master, Mentor, the transformational leader now learns the dimensions that contribute to becoming an effective mentor to others. In a highly experiential process, the student practices becoming the Mystic of the heart of Emotional Intelligence, the Master of the Mind and Body, the Servant who moves beyond Ego to a connection to "a Greater Good" and finally to the Way of the Mentor, a role assigned by invitation only.
Format:
- Practicing life's three most important Disciplines
- Learning the daily practice of Chi Gung
- Moving from Conversation to Dialogue - Masterful Communication
- Feedback from 360-degree instrument regarding your areas for celebration and development
- Two self-assessment instruments for determining your perception of developmental areas
- Customized reassessment of progress and goals
- Developing your contribution to the Mentor Project
- Final session in Washington D.C. for connecting to "The Greater Good."
