Executive Coaching

Developing the Transformational Leader

Executive coaching is a popular process in today's business world because once a certain level of success is achieved, many executives seek to broaden their scope of excellence by becoming not only better at what they do, but also discovering a deeper understanding of themselves.

Questions such as "How can my impact be more effective", "What legacy will I leave?" and "How can I balance Work Life and Home Life?" are addressed.  Through a 4-stage process, including assessment, feedback, goal-setting and execution, participants move from "making more than a living" to "making a difference."

The process for transformation utilizes a coaching group in which the participants work with two peer coaches by giving feedback to one another in meetings between the coaching sessions.  This assemblage offers an opportunity to forge relationships unprecedented in typical business situations and is also more cost effective.  At the conclusion of the coaching process, the learning continues as participants are encouraged to stay in communication as peer mentors.

"I owe a lot to you and Susan for who I have become.  I would like to thank both of you for taking the time to help me better understand who I am, but more importantly who I can strive to become.  The course was outstanding, a life-changing experience for me and look forward to the Advanced class in September."

rom Great
to A Greater Good

You may be familiar with Jim Collins'
excellent leadership book,

"From Good to Great",
a wonderful start toward making a difference.

We suggest that there is more.

From Great to a Greater Good is for the already effective leader who has the talent, capacity and the intention to have such a positive impact that it will
effect lasting change in the lives of others.

 This is Legacy Leadership.

The Apple has long been a mythological symbol of power, choice,  consciousness & beauty.

Golden Apple Center
for Inner Excellence
offers programs in this tradition for developing your lasting legacy -
the impact of the complete YOU
 upon the world.

This YOU seeks to be more authentic, visionary, kind, playful, patient, deeply valued, ethical, honest and completely present to those you encounter along your path.  You are the kind of person who expands the room when you walk in.  Your purpose in life is to make more than a living, to make a difference.
Your ego is surpassed

by your ultimate connection to
a greater good and a greater cause.

This the YOU
who will be remembered.

When you are gone, others will say, "He/She was here and made
a lasting difference."
