One-on-One Coaching
One-on-One Coaching is designed for the leader who prefers to learn from a coach in a private setting instead of a group format.  Able to fit the executive's ever-changing schedule, our coaches utilize multiple sessions for deepening the awareness and competence of the leader according to his/her goals, building upon assessment and feedback from a variety of testing instruments.



Executive Coaching is a popular process in today's business world because once a certain level of success is achieved, many executives seek to broaden their scope of excellence by becoming not only better at what they do, but also deeper in their understanding of themselves.

This program begins with a needs assessment of the client and the client's organization.  Determining three major areas of behavioral change, the process then begins to move the client toward the five attributes of the Transformational Leader - Idealized Influence, Idealized Behavior, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation and Individualized Consideration.  Using an internet instrument designed specifically for use by The Patnaude Group, the client is able to monitor behavioral change  by requesting response from ten people with whom they interact.

Length of the Process:
